Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

Luxury Living Toronto (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you contact us. If you send an enquiry, request a home valuation, or use any contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. Where the enquiry is about a specific property, we also record which property it was.

When you submit a property to sell. We collect your name, email address, phone number, the property’s address and details, your message, and any photographs you choose to upload.

When you subscribe to updates. We collect your email address.

Automatically. When you submit any form we record the date and time, the page you submitted it from, and your IP address. We keep these as a record that you contacted us and, for newsletter sign-ups, as proof of your consent — which Canada’s anti-spam law requires us to be able to show.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial information, government identification numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to advise you on buying, selling or renting property, to send you the updates you asked for, and to keep the records we are required to keep. We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.

Who we share it with

Our customer relationship system. Enquiries and subscriptions are copied into GoHighLevel, the platform we use to manage client contact. GoHighLevel is operated from the United States, which means your information is stored and processed outside Canada and may be accessible to United States authorities under the laws of that country.

Our brokerage. Where a real estate transaction is involved, your information is shared with our brokerage as required for it to meet its obligations under Ontario real estate regulation.

Service providers. Our website host and email delivery provider process information on our behalf, under obligations of confidentiality.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone.

We may disclose information where required by law, by a regulator such as the Real Estate Council of Ontario, or by a court.

Property listings on this site

Listing information shown on this website is provided by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and is displayed under licence. It is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use, and may not be reproduced or redistributed. Listings are the property of the listing brokerage, which is named on every listing. Information is believed reliable but is not guaranteed, and listings change frequently — a property shown here may no longer be available.

Email and unsubscribing

If you subscribe to our updates, every email we send carries a link to unsubscribe. One click is enough; you do not need to give a reason or contact us.

Emails answering an enquiry you made are not marketing, and continue whether or not you subscribe.

Cookies

This website uses cookies necessary for it to work. You can block cookies through your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we have a relationship with you, and afterwards for the period required by Ontario real estate regulation and by law. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we are required to keep it.

Keeping it safe

We restrict access to personal information to those who need it, and this website is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Get in touch through the contact page on this website and we will respond within thirty days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
